What's the salary range for a director at the Gilead Sciences foundation? There is a position perfect for me, but I don't want to throw my hat in the ring if starting salary isn't $180-190k. Also, any thoughts on the stability of their philanthropic commitment? There's talk of a recession; I don't want to go private to be cute a few months later.

Huh? Why wouldn't you opt for exits? Only drawback is they're far back.
I believe the limited recline is in the row IN FRONT of the exit row.
Exit row is poor people first class. I lock those seats down!!!
Huh? I never realized people actively avoided the exit row. I always pick exit if I’m not upgraded. More leg room is an easy benefit.
Y’all are strange to me.
Obviously... Extra leg space.
On some airlines (Air France), exit rows have fewer amenities, like USB power
Exit row 100% of the time if I’m not in economy plus or comfort plus
If you cant get first or economy plus, go exit.
Limited recline, sometimes the FAs don't let you use the space under the seat...
I prefer legroom to reclinability. Can always toss carryons up
EY2: projected equipment is a 739 (transcontinental, really...) so two exit rows. Available seat is in the first of the two
AA exit row is narrower. United exit row is an upgrade.
Just check sites such as SeatGuru to see whether you want the seat. Not all exit seats are better, but it is generally true that most are.
Take a different flight
The upside of going far back is you’ll definitely get you bag on. Early rows tend to get wiped out by people with the highest status who board first e.g. Diamond on Delta
