I gave my 2nd technical round 2 weeks back for SDET role. I have still not got my results.
Last week I dropped a follow up mail. The recruiter said it will take some time as they are evaluating few things on their side.
Does jio usually take such long time to announce results?

Cont… Friday came and went no communication. I allowed another weeks to pass and then sent another follow up email. She responded by apologizing not following up and informed me that recruiting handles that part of the process . What i didn’t mention was she had told me that if I get the position she would let me know and if I didn’t get it she would still give me a call . Another two weeks passed and I try emailing her and now she has stopped responding to my emails . Don’t understand this …..

Has anyone considered opening a franchise? I would love to transition from law to business but have zero experience and am thinking a franchise may be the best option. I wouldn’t have as much control but it would provide a business plan and how to to get out there and get started. Curious if anyone else has considered. One of my junior associates recently resigned and I've been trying to make an exit myself for several months now. The job market has been really competitive but I am getting closer to getting a new job and moving on. The firm culture isn't great and work-life balance is non existent.
