Hi Guys, I have an offer from Marlabs,Pune location( hybrid) and joining is in 4 days. Interview process with Mouser Electronics and E-zest is still in progress. Shall I accept the marlabs offer? Any feedback regarding the company? I am worried as hiring of many companies is suspected to be freezed in upcoming days/months. Please guide.

I have recently given interview at Microsoft.
HR provided the feedback as I am not rejected bit not fit for the role so they have put me in talent plus pool. What should I expect next and does this mean that I may get the offer ?

Which one should I go for?

1. Oracle - 18.3 LPA fixed + probable bonus (I may or may not get)
2. Amadeus - 18 fixed + 1.5 variable.

Amadeus is also giving joining bonus of 75k. Amadeus is paying more, may give better hikes too, but I am finding it hard to let go off Oracle's brand name on my resume even if it's means around 2L less over an year. I am planning to work for atleast 3 years in my next company.

What would you have done in my place? Should I go for Oracle or Amadeus?

TCS - 24LPA (including 80k retention bonus + 1.6L Monthly VP + 2L Quartly VP)

HCL - 28LPA(1.4L Monthly VP and 2.8L Yearly VP)

HCL mentioned as base location is banglore but can work in Chennai.
