After uploading documents in Bosch First Services one week ago, there was no update from them, when I replied to them via mail - They said we will get back to you.Is this sign of getting compensation breakup or they looking for other candidates.I have offer from CGI and only 3 days is remaining to accept. What should I do in this case?As CGI has said if you don't join after accepting offer we will blacklist you.
Why too many people leaving FIS ?
I have recently joined EY SaT group as senior consultant recently in Netherlands. I’m tripple masters in MS economics, MBA and MS business analytics. Have 4 YOE in different industries but no M&A experience specifically. Any ideas what company should be offering me? I’ll be working as expert on commercial due diligence, FDD and valuation teams and doing automation alongside. is it wise to demand higher salary or promotion soon after I have proven that I can work and do it better than most?EY

Mid-sized consultancy.
Collaborative culture
Comp is average at best
Heard culture is very strong
Enables people who like consulting to have staying power
Basically, it's the exact opposite of the big 4.
Don't do it! Kool aid company who thinks culture is more important than comp! Big mistake!!!
I wouldn’t consider it mid-sized since they have <1k consultants.
*Culture is really big and really good- for the most part everyone is helpful.
*Depending on the practice you’ll just be a PM though so if you’re looking for more meaningful work then I would pass.
*They sell their ESOP but it doesn’t vest for 3 yrs. At $120k salary I received $5k in the ESOP— so I wouldn’t bank on it being something substantial like they try to sell.
I would only go to WMP if you were still looking for project-based work but not really concerned about the kind of work you do.
Mind sharing your hours and if the projects are interesting and valuable?
A good culture will give you staying power. What's the point of getting 20% higher comp where you're in a meat grinder and ready to jump off the building.
Lots of IT DD
Left to industry after 8 years from C to M. Picked up 50% comp bump on the way out. Great culture, but comp was not competitive and eventually pushed me to look elsewhere.
What questions do you have?
What did you negotiate your salary too and what level?
What’s the pay like at the senior manager level?
I have never negotiated other than being asked what I was looking for when hired...I came in experienced at 150... few years later COL increase (not Chicago ) as well as a manger increase to market value last year, here I am.
What are the levels there?
Consultant > Experienced Consultant > Senior Consultant > Manager/Architect/Principal > Senior Manager/Architect/Principal > Director
There also levels to director but assume that doesn’t concern you here.
