I understand OP. Is true that it sounds crazy to prioritize a project over your health, but the sad reality is that leaving or taking a break that could jeopardize a silly project that doesn't mean anything in the grand scheme of things can put you at risk of being let go. And the basic things in life require money. Being broke is extremely stressful and can ruin mental and physical health

If you went into the hospital right now do you really think your project would come to a grinding halt? Of course not. Time, rest, disconnecting and doing things that are meaningful to you are the only things that fix burnout.

I cannot imagine in any scenario that time off is not feasible in a consulting gig, specially to take care of your health.
Always prioritize your health if at risk. There’s a difference between short term and long term strain - if it’s the latter make sure to protect yourself.
Leave of absence
Ice bath and sauna at 200 degrees alternating
Exercise, sunlight, hydration, sex, therapy, chocolate, exercise, sleep
Okay you guys I got Monday off as long as I still finish the thing the team needs for the steerco by Wednesday (so at least I can work on it uninterrupted while I'm supposed to be off) and will take the weekend to do all the other things you said as well as update my resume...
