3 years is def a long time. Depends how strongly you feel for him and whether or not the both of you would work in an LDR. If you do decide to talk to him, I think it may be best to tread lightly and see if he's really into this new relationship or willing to work things out with you.
I'd say no given the distance.
I was in this situation at 22. Proximity was more important and being just honest, I'd rather get laid more often.
I'm sure you "took a break" for a reason and if this does get strange, she likely will play back and fon't expect a clean transition on his side.
Yeah
Also, you might want to think about if you want him back because he's finally seeing someone else or you truly miss the two of you being together. More than often, it's usually the former.
A break is a break is a break up.
I mean- as someone who is married with kids- it's not home wrecking until they live together/are engaged. 2 months is nothing.
How long was this 'short break'?
Just leave it alone and move on
OP- why care about home wrecking? You want to say something, that won't go away if you don't. Unfortunately sounds like odds are against you, but figure it out, chin up, and get on with things.
Threesome!
There is a song about a ring and putting it on
I'm not so sure a 28 year old guy prioritizes the number of times he gets laid over emotions. Also the 2 months thing is also long distance... Half the distance but still distance
Break was 6 months, chatted very regularly until a month ago
That sucks, but I'd say leave it be. I'm assuming there'd be distance involved if you got back together? Speaking from experience, distance is not fun. If you're in a new city get out there, there's tons of dudes out there just as good and better. Best of luck stay strong!
I'd say you have to let it go now. Two months too late
Even after 3 years of history?
Yup.
Planning to move back to same city
For him or for other reasons?
Other reasons, I just don't want to wait to move to tell him my thoughts though
Absolutely. But go for it! Life's short!
