Tired of hearing that my package should be min 25lpa to get married.I am 33 years earning 16lpa and still being single.I think these problems are happening due to IT industry as they know they will earn 30 to 40 lpa minimum by switching jobs.During 90s and before getting married is easy irrespective of how much salary the person is earning.These problems will stay forever.Especially person like me i am unable to come out of the problem

Does nagarro deducted tax from first month's salary, as company is saying that we can only show our investment once first salary is credited.

Curious what the base and commission structure is for inside sales and associate director of sales in biotech (also anyone else who wants to share pls put industry). Paid hourly or salary? At the biotech company I work at avg inside sales is $62,632 with a $3500 per quarter cap. Commission structure is % based on sales quota reached vs capped (not a direct % of sales). I’m underpaid at $53000 with $3500 cap per quarter.
