To anyone from Deloitte: I have a critical question.
My last working day at my current company is July 31st, 2026. My Deloitte joining date, however, is August 3rd, 2026.
Currently, the First Advantage website indicates 93% completion. Simultaneously, Deloitte's USI job portal states, "waiting for the Background check result."
Could someone provide clarification on this situation? Specifically, when can I expect First Advantage to reach 100% completion? Additionally, is my joining date confirmed

Interviewed with Chicago court 2 weeks ago; they decide mid-August. Interviewed with DC judge last week; hear from him by this Friday. Chicago said if I need an answer before August, they'd try to make a decision about me sooner.
Should I ask Chicago for an answer? Or should I wait until there's an offer from DC judge? Maybe seems better to withdraw before an offer is made rather than ask for time to think about it/turn down DC? What's proper etiquette?

I received an offer from big 4 with 60% hike. My managers wants to retain and I asked them to match if you want me to be retained.
Now I got a call from GPM yesterday. He used harsh words like "being greedy" "selfish" etc and offered me 30% in the end.
I politely declined but he asked me to reconsider as he said "it would be unfair for the org for you to leave so soon."

Let me know a proper response.
