To those currently with a job, how soon do you think it will be before you leave your current firm? I have been at my current one for 2 years and am looking on the way out for something else. I know things are not great at the moment but is it still bad enough to consider staying longer if you want to leave?

This is a personal decision. Folk leave for different reasons. You should always be open to new roles that will advance your skills, pay, and/or career to the next level or next destination. In a tough market you have to do more due diligence imo to make sure the company you are considering is stable, your group is stable, and in consulting the client and engagement is stable along with a good pipeline.
