Hoping to get in touch with #Peraton recruiter! I have about 9 months left in Air Force where I work in cyber defense and vulnerability management, have a BA in cybersecurity, sitting for CISSP and have lots of certs. Would love to chat with someone about opportunities. Hold a clearance and could technically start in 7 months. Any help is appreciated!! Thank you.
Cushman & Wakefield Interested in a Sales Associate position at Cushman & Wakefield. I have experience as a government analyst for 7 years but nothing related to commercial real estate. I want to become a more competitive applicant but not sure where to start. Are there any certificates, skills, or knowledge that I should be learning in my free time?

I hate being micromanaged and i don’t think I could stand being micromanaged to the level you are. We are full grown adults and professionals. We don’t need our every minute and where abouts accounted for.
Unfortunately i cant do that, the calls are recorded and listened into so the supes could hear me in the restroom taking a dump. Plus i need to be by my laptop when taking a call because i need to look up customer’s accounts to answer their questions and verify them
I am in the same position. I work for the federal government and I was forced reassigned to a call center to do a job I did not apply for and was given absolutely no training or guidance on. I am still working out of my actual office and still technically under the management of my local team and they have been very supportive of us during this situation. If you have any buffer or other management you can speak with, I would recommend bringing it to their attention.
I wasinvoluntoldarily reassigned to the TSC from the FO. I HATE IT.
You're allowed reasonable access to the restroom & to get water. They're not technically breaking the law, but they're creating a hostile work environment where people may not feel safe to take necessary restroom or water breaks, which can impact their health.
Keep a log of your extra breaks (when they are, how long they are & what they're for) as well as when they ping you. Additionally, if you feel you're able to, say something like, "Hey, I just wanted to touch base with you super fast. Although I try to utilize my breaks and lunch to meet all my needs, I still need to take quick restroom and water breaks outside of these breaks. I try to be mindful of my absence from my desk and to keep my unavailable times low, but I noticed I get pinged during these times when I'm getting water or using the restroom. So I can ensure I remain compliant, can you please explain the policy on restroom and water breaks?" If they try to prohibit you from these breaks, talk to your union or HR rep, as OSHA protects these rights. HOPEFULLY they get the hint and back off, though - if not, submit your log along with a complaint to your HR or union rep stating that it's giving you anxiety surrounding using the restroom or attempting to stay fully hydrated.
Good luck!
Honestly? You are being paid to take calls, not take a dump. You are allocated a 15 minute morning break, a 30 minute lunch break and another 15 minute afternoon break. This is when you go and take care of “those issues”. This wouldn’t be any different if you were working at Tim Hortons or McDonald’s.
You obviously have never worked in that environment. If you’re someone who drinks water all day to stay hydrated, or you are someone with a medical condition such as ie: irritable bowl syndrome, colitis or diverticulitis there is no turn off valve. Your statement was way out of line.
like they used to tell me
the job ain't for everyone u have free will to look for another job or a new career never give up and understand God is with u
Is this rule than writing? Ask for a copy of it.
Involve your doctor to get an accommodation for a more frequent bathroom breaks.
I worked in a call center for four years. Toughest job ever. I had to leave, it was too much for me. I transferred into a different department. Good luck to you!
