Please evaluate this initial offer for Apple ICT3. I think I was low balled, but I want to take more opinions. Currently Sr. MTS at VMware, received Apple ICT3. I was expecting to get to ICT4 but seems like team thinks upper end of ICT3 is more apt. Also, I think it is because I don’t have any counter offers yet.
Received offer
Base: 185k
Sign on: 40k
RSU: 160k/4 years (Here is where I think it is low)

YOE: 3.5 years US / 6.5 overall(similar roles)

I lean towards ACN. You’re going to get the delivery experience there as well as become a further expert in that industry.
I guess it depends on how much you want to lock into an industry and what that value is?
It’s not.
Building a business case and brand in 2-3 years for PPMD is next to impossible (when all of your peers will have several years more experience with branding/relationships/etc). Also, after that 2-3 year run way they will be looking at coaching you out. I would think ACN is the better option here
Thank you EY1. Much appreciate all details
What's your current salary?
Chief
If you made $450k TC right now, those raises aren’t as important as if you made $150k TC.
You cannot select between two offers, but you are put into a top jobs?
The challenge of decision making is why our industry exists
Go for ACN
Congrats OP. Whats the path to Partnership at EY. Did they talk about it? Also are you tech delivery?
Thanks. Did talk about the path to partnership and it looks I could get there in 2-3 years if everything goes well.
