Trying to understand the Norwegian perspective.

Im in the process of learning norsk and mean while hunting job ( learning language also requires some money, Eh!)

I have received only rejections so far, even from the positions that never mentioned Norwegian as a requirement.

I know i have the skill set and determination and can make a good impression, but i need to reach an interview for that. I dont want to fake, but should I translate my CV in norsk?

PS: my field is not language-dependent.

I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?

Just venting here… At WAS for an adjustment interview based on an affirmative asylum and the officer said he’s never done and affirmative adjustment before… and questioned my client when he said that he has never been in proceedings. Officer said “I don’t agree with that, I think you *have* been in proceedings” when we submitted the affirmative asylum approval and I had to show that to him smh. Why aren’t they training these officers 😭
