Same thing happened with me too. This clown show is very common in BNY ! Glad I left this sinking clown show of a company !

Expected, Can you please tell me regarding the severance they were offered ? I am working with BNY from the past 2 year and most probably I will be laid off soon, how much months of severance can I expect ?
Assuming, severance depends on various scenarios, i.e. If you are in PIP than forget about severance.
If direct laid off, than you might get severance.
Assured amount , you will get of Notice period amount + leave encash + shares amount

When they tell you an assignment is not required it means the work was not important and only time pass 😆😆. This shows how work is done/ given in BNY . just duplication of efforts with no end goal/ targets ! Not surprised at all !

That’s absolutely true. Most work is going like that in BNY. Where people are not clear themselves that why they are doing it and who will get benefit from it
