I cleared 1 technical round. Then got call from MasterCard HR he said 38 LPA is max budget for specialist( Level 7) at MasterCard,if you are ok then will go ahead? Is it true ? I am expecting 45 LPA fixed from MasterCard. I requested to consider for lead role if budget is issue. As my experience is 12 years but hr told 13+ experience required for lead. Is it true ? How much experience required for L6 (lead / individual contributor role ) ? How much is salary range for L6 role at Mastercard ?

Well I’ll be damned - DoorDash’s interview process does occasionally result in an offer.
In any event, I’d go with LinkedIn. Congrats, OP!
I got an offer in 2.5 weeks from screening, great experience. I pretty much heard back 2-3 hours after every single round
I turned down an offer for Director, New Verticals S&O 2 years ago. I would also suggest taking the LinkedIn offer, if you have two offers with similar TC. LI WLB and exit opps are better.
LinkedIn for sure
Would love to hear about your experience if you’d be willing to DM, I would love for my next move to be LinkedIn BizOps!
Definitely LinkedIn. You want a challenging career, not a difficult one.
What S&O team?
My POV - There’s a lot of focus on new verticals at the moment so high growth potential but WLB might not be there…

What’s your YOE and location? MBA?
If you have <5 yoe no mba good offers.
If you have mba >5 yoe bad offers, should get at least 240tc minimum.
Either way LinkedIn I think is better for wlb, culture, and reputation

Yeah probably fair then if not MBB experience.
What's the base for each .. honestly TC 200k seems low.
LinkedIn most def
On all three factors you listed, LinkedIn wins out. Don’t be deterred by the non-manager title.
