Two offers - Doordash (manager S&O) and LinkedIn (senior associate BizOps). Total compensation is similar (~200k) because LinkedIn is L4 vs DD at L5. LinkedIn role seems a bit smaller in scope but I probably care more about WLB, culture, and reputation. Thoughts on the offers? TIA

YOE : 5.6 yrs
Current package: 5.03lpa( this will get hike letter)
How can I expect from Deloitte because even for freshers they are offering more, so for 5.6 yrs how much can I expect?
