I moved here from Asia so I guess I can answer this.

I'd say I haven't really experienced any racism as such but in my previous company we had a team of 3 (including the manager - who was white) and she loved my coworker (white) and was obviously playing favorites which is fine on it own but once it started limiting my career opportunities, I knew I had to bounce and I did.

My coworker was a great dude and helped me settle in fine at the company so I wish him nothing but the best.

I'd say the UK is incredibly welcoming, generally speaking. I traveled to Europe and you can tell that people are very arrogant especially in places like France to "outsiders" (regardless of your skin color). Never faced any such issue in the UK. Love it here.

I joined sapient 6 months back
On the people portal i can see a compensation letter with effect from 1st january2022. Its mentioned as a bonus in the letter.
But the bonus isn't credited or the salary didn't revise.

We recently started the fertilization process with frozen eggs. I had 11 frozen and all survived the thaw but only 3 turned into embryos. We are waiting to see how many get to the blast state. Does any one know where I can find statistics on what the typical attrition / success rates are?
