I have been in the market for a year now after redundancy and applied to hundreds of jobs and either heard nothing or been through the multi stage process including tasks etc. Yes, I've hustled my network. Yes, I've reworked the CV and had professional input around "the machines" and yes, I am keeping in contact with every recruitment agency going.
I'm 47 - am I being aged out?

I have an informational interview with a Managing Director on Friday about a manager role. I currently serve in a client services role and do not have traditional consulting experience (billable hours, etc.). Additionally, while I’ve worked with McKinsey, Accenture, McKesson, and other teams on major projects, I don’t have experience putting together the strategy, more of a support function. Feeling a tad intimidated! Any tips would be so very appreciated!

I have submitted my resignation on Aug11th. I received a mail very next day from HR saying salary willbe put on hold for reliving month and immediate previous month will be put on hold as FNF dues.
