Upcoming interview at Oracle : I am a data scientist with 7 YoE . I have an upcoming Data Scientist interview at oracle , there will be overall 3 rounds. From what the recruiter told me first one is going to be ML system design , second one will be in depth ML and third would be level fitment. ( The job description heavily focuses on LLMs / GenAI)

Firm wants me to back pay last year FICA tax(Social Security and Medicare tax).
Last year I started working as F-1 and transition to H1b. Firm never withheld FICA tax.

Now they ask me to back pay last year FICA tax and then will send me W2c form.

Just saw that Airbnb's salary range for a 2+ years experience Data Scientist in US is 129k -180k USD.
In INR its 95L- 1.4cr. But in India do they pay even 30L to 4 years yoe?
Last year I saw such salary range for 4+ yoe in US. But in India its yet to increase.
In this quarter these companies have started negotiating in the name of US recession. Irony is salary range didn't decrease in the place where the recession is supposed to occur.
