I have received offer from Qualcomm. They haven't mentioned about relocation bonus or accommodation in the offer letter. I have tried reaching the hr since the next day of hr round but they haven't responded to my calls or mails. Any advice on how to get accommodation and relocation bonus. Or is it not possible anymore? FYI I'm in city x and the offered position is in city y of another state.
Update :
After several follow ups Hr have agreed they will give the relocation bonus and reimbursement

Typically at least 3 yrs. to SM promotion, and do not believe any recruiter who says or implies it may be less. One of my pet peeves is meeting a new experienced hire M who has the impression they are up for promotion their first year, based on what the recruiters told them. This typically happens to people who were a SM somewhere else and come to D as a M. When you join as an M, you are considered a first year M.
I would add though that in the context of a career at D, it is a good thing to have a few years runway before making SM. Having a strong internal network is critical SMs and that takes time to build. Coming in as a SM and hitting all your metrics when nobody knows you is really hard.
I’m not in the loop on how signing bonuses are handled, sorry. Last time D hired me was over 10 yrs ago. 😎
Hi - Asking this on behalf of a friend - Are fertility procedures covered as part of the health insurance benefits? She is in the interview process with Deloitte digital
Deloitte has health plans with good fertility coverage, the specifics may vary from one plan to another and your personal needs (number of cycles, specific procedures needed).
I haven’t done this myself but you can find threads on 🐠 where people are at or staying with Deloitte specifically because of the fertility and maternity benefits.
