Warranted or bad move?

Hi I've joined Harman in May but hasn't been assigned to any project yet. I've asked hr and reporting manager they said they're working on it and there's nothing to be worried about However I just want to know if there's anything I should be concerned about what's the bench policy? I'm going with cringe worthy. That was an option, right?
Def cringeworthy

Take in mind, that Smith apologized. And Jada is experiencing alopecia, so a terrible joke.

I don’t think he’s sorry for hitting Chris, just sorry for ruining the evening
Will smith knows who he can and cannot slap. I think if it wasn’t staged he def knew he could get away with that with Chris. He didn’t have this energy with August, entanglements or when his wife was talking about his moves in bed and how they are lacking. Kind of a punk ass move to me
Agree, CM1. An open marriage is a totally normal thing. So many people are experimenting with polyamory these days, as a ton of people cheat or get divorced because they want something different or new. These are separate issues.
It's staged I think. Either way, I think making a joke about her hair wasn't the right move. However, some would say they invite disrespect by laying out all their business for everyone. I personally think it's fine since I doubt their friendship will suffer because of it.
So alopecia is definitely an upsetting condition to have, but a) she looks fucking fantastic without hair, and b) it’s not cancer or something life threatening. This looks super bad. Esp while we have people assuming Black people are already violent. Repubs talking about “Black on Black violence”. A Black person being put through an on-fire obstacle course to be confirmed as a Supreme Court judge. He should have read the room. When Cardi and Nicki got into it at that after party years ago, it was juicy bc that’s what I expect from both of those women. But Will went around putting people on blast for using swears in their music, lording it over them saying he didn’t “need” to sweat to make big hits. Doesn’t seem like that’s still the case.
TLDR, one person was doing their job (badly, but on par with how he’s done in the past), and one person couldn’t take a shitty joke.
I think it's absolutely ridiculous. Grow up!
It felt staged to me. I don't know it was so weird.....Did anyone else feel like it was fake?
Very fake! His hand didn’t even make contact. If someone slaps you, either you are going to grab your face in disbelief or chase them down to smack them back! The Academy knew this would get people talking about their boring ass award show since Will was up for an award and he and his wife always oversharing their personal issues in the media.
Both!
I'd like to offer a different perspective: Imagine you've got an autoimmune medical condition, that admittedly is not life threatening but robs of your self esteem and goes against the standards of beauty (I.e., thick, luscious hair)...and someone makes fun of something that's totally out of your control and makes you feel horrible on international TV. Not saying it was right, but that I can understand the emotions behind it.
