We are in process to buy first home it's pending for appraisal, now seller's agent saying few things in seller disclosure is not correct (i.e. water, sewer charges covered in HOA but its not). I know it's not very big items but still its incorrect information provided before. Can we ask for sell price adjustment?

Water / sewer not being covered is probably only worth a $5k adjustment at best. It may not be worth your time.

Yes. We had similar issue and we negotiated for sell price adjustments. An addendum was prepared and signed!

3.5%, which was equivalent to estimated additional work which we discovered after making the offer. We said either you get this work done or adjust the price lower!

I'm a Canadian on the TN visa working in the US and planning on maxing my Roth IRA (6k) and will have enough left to max my 401k this year, but am not sure if I should just use a taxable account over 401k due to tax considerations when I move back to Canada (likely 1-2 years from now). Any thoughts here? I don't think I'll have enough RRSP room to move 401k>IRA>RRSP and I would prefer to not have to file US taxes every year in retirement for withdrawls if I left the 401k in the US.

We are renovating a condo and the previous owner had two Crane toilets (not sure how old, but functioning although seals are old according to our contractor). Back outlet flour mount ones are the only options for the building, and one toilet can cost $300-$500.

Closing on my first home. Advice for anyone with student loans in administrative forbearance per the Cares act: once your offer is accepted have you student loan servicer put your account back in repayment status.

Accounts in forbearance, even administrative forbearance, are calculated at a higher monthly payment by the underwriter.

My fictitious debt to income ratio was too high for them to approve me, and it took seven days for my loan to be officially back in repayment. So just a heads up.
