We give 40+ hours a week, answer pings at night, and still feel like we’re falling behind. Raises don’t match rent. Promotions come slower than burnout. Maybe it’s not a bad manager—it’s a system built to extract our time without giving us real security or say. What if work actually served our lives—not the other way around? Real change won’t come from perks or policies. It starts with us—asking better questions, standing together, and building something that works for workers.
