I have offer from KPMG India and PWC AC Banglore. Package is almost the same. PWC AC has Canada shift with permanent wfh and KPMG India has hybrid work model in pune location. Please suggest which one is better in terms of growth , wlb , culture etc

I have family members who are inside claims reps for a large company. The company sends out emails 4 times/day showing who is currently not available for calls. Just joined S&C from 8 YOE in industry. Joined as M1, but was also a manager in former industry role. How soon is reasonable to be thinking about promotion Senior Manager? What kind of salary increase comes with this promotion?
