Pre pandemic I was traveling 5 days a week and just used left over per diem on the one night I went out with friends at home. During covid I stayed home. I’m not sure about the most efficient way to proceed. Is it best to start as a travel HH RN? Do I apply directly with an agency that offers relocation benefits?….I have over 15 YOE, what’s the pay like in MI?

My international flight got cancel. They did not send email so everyone found out at the airport. I even spent 50$ in Uber coming to the airport and they say only solution is to rebook us tomorrow. What’s the best way to go about it to get best compensation for all the inconvenience? (Tap air)

Got an offer from Kantar Consulting to work on their retail/cpg product.
Currently working with IBM with 10+ yoe having joined IBM 10 months back. Currently at 25 lpa and getting an offer of 32 fixed+15% variable.

Now my question is - Is it worth the gamble to leave IBM and join Kantar consulting which btw is known for market research and not consulting.
Also would leaving IBM after 1 year look bad on CV?
