Well, with recent interview experience with few companies, Capgemini has again a lot of respect due to hiring process, offered ctc, smooth transition, good management/Hr.
These guys r not asking for counter offers they give you why they think is best even in the past when I switched when today I compared all the salary breaks up Capgemini, HCL, TCS, Pwc , Infosys .. Capgemini paid me the most even though that was my first offer at that time and even at this time..see the comment limited words

Hi Fishes need your advices urgently. I had an interview scheduled with HCL for today from one HR, after that another HR from HCL called and informed that I have interview for Yesterday. I told her about Friday interview, she told that will nit happen, so I attentded that, cleared 2 rounds and now she sent mail for documents submission. I called HR1 and informed on Thursday interview, she said that is ok, you can attend Friday interview as scheduled. I attended that as well.
