Went on a working interview. One of the girls told me its very competitive right now with corporate take over of clinics. Explains why all interviews are over the phone and they call from other states. Only 3 in person interviews. The phone interviews cut the calls short as soon as they learn I only stocked and restrained. All labs are sent out for testing. I have my cva, but noone wants to actually train. I had worked simultaneously for 3 companies few months back (with PF) and have received TCS offer now. Based on my UAN, their BGV team found out about these employments which I had not mentioned to TCS and asked me experience letters for those. There is overlap in date of joining and exit in all companies. What should I do now. Will my BGV be negative and TCS revoke my offer. Currently also I am working for 2 companies

Wife found out today that the Schedule A fed position she was hired into (and has been doing for year) was misappropriated to her because she didn’t meet the certs on USA Jobs and her permanent position is now a temporary one that will end in 10 months…..I’m flabbergasted and disgusted by the hiring agency, any know of resources (legal or otherwise) for fed employees in the weird situation?
