I’m interviewing for final round of the entry level area manager position at Amazon. I’m working on multiple stories related to the leadership principles. Can anyone provide me some tips regarding the role?
There are 16 leadership principle and I’m thinking of creating some stories around each but the thing that concerns me is what if the questions they ask are related to the same principle and I might have already used up my stories. Something like that. Can anyone please help? Amazon

Can't really help you as I don't work there anymore, but I used to and am surprised they are doing that - was very personal a few years back
Probably due to cost cutting pushed by MSD
They replaced the traditional first round with a pre-recorded video. Was surprised when I heard
@staff I’m not a consultant, I’m internal and have a pretty good view of “how the sausage is made” (except in recruiting apparently). That said the firm really truly does make every decision thinking about its people first, almost to a fault. That’s what surprises me most about this video interview, it just seems to be the opposite of everything else we do 🤷♂️
Don’t
Seriously
We do this? I’ve never heard of this.
For campus hiring!
I'm with @AlixPartners1
Don't.
Place can't give you the time to talk with a live person, do you even want to work there?
I sure wouldn't.
For campus - expect classic elevator pitch, why West Monroe, why what practice you are applying to
It’s not as much an interview as a pitch video to differentiate yourself among hundreds of applicants. Just be authentic and prepared to speak to why west Monroe, why consulting, and what you’re interested in. I’m sure if you are positive and have fun with it you will get converted to the actual interviews with people.
