I got an opportunity from NTT Data BPO.
I am currently being hired for nightshift. Are there any chances for getting day shift or mid shift?
Or are there any chances to get a change in shift after getting on boarded?
Will it be okay to discuss this with HR?
Because during interview I said yes to Night Shifts.

I worked as a technical PM for a medium-sized adtech company in NYC in charge of 2 technical teams, and the business intelligence team.

On Thursday I was informed by the lead Product Owner and the head of HR that leadership had decided that the project management office was no longer necessary for the company and all three of us, the director and the two technical PMs, were being let go. None of us were given any notice.

Any EU attorneys who went for an LL. M. in international commercial law (or other) in Europe?

If so have you found it "worth" the year of your time? I am currently working at a firm that specializes mostly on commercial law and has a lot of foreign clients. I have some options regarding the possible LL. M. One of them is little less prestigeous that would allow me to stay working at law firm as I am studying. Would like some tips on how to prepare for Senior Fullstack Developer tech interviews. What kind of questions should I expect? Any other tips on how to prepare? TIA

What should I reasonably expect from a junior?

I manage a junior developer that's been with the company for about 18 months. I end up providing them of TON of support. I need to give them extremely detailed instructions or they fail. For bugs, I need to point them to a specific function that's causing the bug. For new features, I'm basically writing their method signatures and defining their test cases.

I've tried asking them to do more on their own, but when I do, they fail spectacularly.

I heard it's 30 days in most of the cases and after completion of probation it's 90 days?
