Side hustle or startup ideas for someone who isn’t technical/doesn’t code? Where should I look or where to begin? I don’t have any strong passions or specific skills that I’m confident in. What books, articles, blogs, orgs, events, people I should follow for inspiration that has helped you? I have some cash to invest and am looking for a part time hustle that can cash flow at least a little bit of money on the side.

Anyone here in partnerships management or business development or strategic alliances development? I’m in a BizOps role today and have been trying to break into this space without much luck. Hiring managers / recruiters always say the same thing when they do give feedback - that they’re looking for someone that has experience in the same role. What’s the best way to break in? It’s not like there are business development classes like there are coding classes where I can learn the job.

How do you handle remote teams being in different time zones? Right now we have a ton of team leaders on the west coast with the core team on the east coast and because of that urgent requests keep coming down after hours with the expectation to address it immediately. What I’d be interested in hearing about are the stories of how people have overcome the challenges. How did you sell that big idea? How did you fix a relationship? The world is not going to get easier. So maybe we can help each other get better at dealing with it. Who had a win recently? How did you do it?
