A good profile photo, a strong headline, and a solid ‘About’ section go a long way. Also, make sure your Open to Work settings are actually on. Recruiters can’t message you if they don’t know you’re looking!
You can select that only recruiters can see your green label. However, if your current employer engages third-party recruiters they may become aware of your search. The green label is most effective for those who look for short-term gigs.
LinkedIn posts help you get noticed. For example if recruiters, head of dept. hiring managers are looking to fill a position they will likely interview you.
But at the end you will need to shine in your interview, to get that job.

Think of the LinkedIn profile as your passive search.
Recuiters are searching via keywords. Make yourself findable by including a variety of keywords. It should not be a copy of your resume.
Posting, liking other posts and commenting at least once a week is a good idea. The search algorithm displays “active people” higher in search results. Other factors such as photo and completeness of your profile are also factors.
