Today I thought “oh only 1.5 hr delay? That’s not too bad” I equate my ambivalence to flight delays to Stockholm syndrome.
What perk do you wish that your firm had to support your mental health that it doesn't already have?
It's the most depressing Friday when you are receiving a million holiday sign-offs and you have to work all weekend (and next week) 😫
Hey 🐠 friends. If you’re thinking about Guidehouse, nows the time to join. Our performance year is ending and you’ll be in position for a full raise/bonus next year if you start soon. Cont.
Chicago creatives, who (for the most part) loves their team, their client, and their job? Who is doing cool things that people should want to be part of? Trying to plan my next move...
What approximate $/year value (vs remaining local) would you place on being staffed to a travel engagement (Flight / Hotel Mon-Thurs, major US city to major US city)
Out of all the guys I've matched with on dating apps, consultants are the grossest/creepiest ones out there. Serious question: What makes you think I want to spend our first date in your hotel room??!

I keep hiring sales people who are super enthusiastic and overpromising on what they deliver. I put them through a trial month (no base + commission only) and they do not close a single deal, Even though the commission structure is amazing and I’m incentivizing them through the roof. We experienced sales people are asking for a base and commission but I’m scared that I’ll end up having a base and the same thing will end up happening. What am I doing wrong?
