What are benefits packages like outside the Big 4, particularly at MANGA (I guess that’s the new acronym with Meta), Salesforce, etc? I always assumed Deloitte’s benefits were on the more generous side but curious how we go up against some of these tech companies who also generally pay more. I’m paying $3796/yr for a family HDHP where the total OOP max is $7600 ($3800 for individual). D throws in $1k to HSA if you max personal.
