Hi Everybody,
I'm currently working as an outsource in Rapid Metro as Technical Assistant/Civil. I earned a Master degree in Water Resource Engineer after B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Due to Covid 19 I took job back in Civil sector even though I have a masters degree in WRE. It's been almost 6 months of constant applying and rejection and still I'm nowhere close to a job in my dream branch which is the Water sector.Im hopeful that through this portal I may find an entry level position in water
This design makes me ridiculously happy. That’s all.

Coach
ACN here. Mid to top levels are: M (L7), SM (L6), Accociate Director (L5), MD (L3 - L1). If you're an SM currently in Deloitte, I'm assuming you'll come in either as an SM here or even a L5 - depending on your area, geo and YOE.
'Lead' isn't a real title I believe (could be wrong). I've seen it be used internally to refer to M's or even lower roles.
Is a “lead” at accenture similar to manager? Or S manager? I’m at 15+ yoe and seem to have stalled at Deloitte and think I can get a better role and comp if I move? Currently $196 tc. Mcol

It’s senior manager at Accenture too. Total comp is roughly $250k.
Mgr in Accenture comes in as SC in D so SM in D maps to AD in Accenture.
Also SM is one level below PPMD in deloitte so AD does make sense. Going as SM to Accenture will be downgrade
Ok thanks. So Looks like I should be targeting more associate director l5, and MD level roles. I’m thinking a l5 is likely more manageable. L3 might be at stretch in a new company with a whole new network to build, etc.

MD is comparable to a Partner in D
Interested in EY too? DM me and let's talk
Usually Lead roles start with Team Lead at Accenture which is below your current level. You should be targeting SM or MD.
