What're people doing these days? I just moved to Reston and am working from home so feel like I'm completely disconnected from what's happening in the city.

I'm looking for a scenario planning framework or template. Something that essentially says if this happens then do that. Any help much appreciated.

Is there any advice for networking into projects when you don’t know many people at the firm yet? I always to help on BD work when I’m on the bench, but it never turns into any billable work. Every time I have talked to a partner/senior manager I was told I don’t have the skill set they’re looking for, but I don’t know how to build up from there. Feeing very lost but I want to improve my approach.
