By far Technology implementation. Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft Cloud, and custom development. A lot of the ‘softer skills’ roles are things like PM and change management around tech.
At this scale there are some strategy projects and you’ll see some of all types of projects.
We’re one of the most broadly certified/awarded Microsoft partners from a breadth perspective any and all of the above.
I mean we see a lot of Deloitte and Accenture. There are obviously boutiques by technology we compete against.
Deep AWS partnership that's more than just press releases. AWS, Salesforce, Snowflake drive the most revenue for us. Delivery Leadership (PMO, Agile, BA stuff), often to support tech is probably second. Strategy - OE, customer experience, post merger integration is probably third. Comp-wise, general fishbowl consensus is that we make competitive offers, but are slower with raises.
