What are some exit opportunities people have gone for after leaving from a technical senior consultant role?

I’m looking to get out of direct patient care, and would love to find a job where I can work from home (even if that’s something in the future.) I would like some advice with switching careers into healthcare data, healthcare informatics, etc. I’m currently a nuclear medicine technologist with 2 years experience, and a BS.
