What is the performance review cycle at Salesforce? Will someone hired in November/December be eligible to receive the annual bonus?

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

She didn't care to negotiate and cut my call and now they put my candidature on hold. Can I expect call back? Or i can consider myself rejected?

Working on some law firm applications tonight and it sucks that I know that I am so capable and have a strong work ethic but firms can’t see beyond grades or the fact that I didn’t go to a t14 law school or prestigious undergrad. I’ve worked twice as hard and feel like I’ve barely even gotten half as much. It’s discouraging sometimes especially because I worked so hard with pretty much no guidance (first gen, poc, low-income) to get into college and do well and then get into a t30 law school

Background:
Despite having multiple offers in hand, and even better compensation I joined PAR Technology because they mentioned I will get work on microservices and AWS & .NET 6

They also mentioned they will be creating new products (finTech) for Indian market as well and will get exposure, will be very profitable.

After joining:
Didn't get anything promised, rather the entire team was getting harrassed by the manager, and the HR

Savings- Around 5.5 lakhs (1lakh bank and 4.5 lakh stocks MFs)
savings 30% of salary each month./

I know my savings are not much as compared to YOE But trying my best.
