Does anyone have experience interviewing with Deloitte Internal Services? I had my final interview a week and a half ago, and received positive feedback throughout. The hiring manager had positive things to say and mentioned they hoped to make a decision by the end of last week. It’s now Friday the week after. The role still shows as “Interviews in Process.” We did discuss potential start dates, but no salary. Any experience with receiving offers for an internal services role? Is this common?

I usually ask if the person interviewing me is happy at their job. Almost always throws them off and solicits either an honest answer or a fake one they're making up on the spot (and you can always tell).
I usually ask them about the things they like first and then immediately after, what they wish were different. Same as above, interesting to see the switch.
Ask them why the previous person who had the job left the firm.
"What keeps you here?" If it's just the people, the work sucks and vice versa. I look for a balanced answer.
I usually ask what they think my biggest challenge will be in the role, and the truth usually comes out.
What is the worst thing about working here?
Yeah "What's the most challenging part of the job" is usually casual enough to get a legit answer of what the worst part is
These are awesome - thanks guys !
Ask the people who work there dude. Or shit, ask the bowl!
