I do it, but it’s a small agency and very loose. Some days you just need to crank out work and fewer distractions helps a lot.
I’ve heard of other agencies having a dedicated day a week, with varying results.
I work in a city with a serious traffic problem, so most workplaces have some form of flexible schedule/WFH policy in place.
WFH is a thing where I’m at. As long as the work gets done no one bats an eye
I’m in a startup creative agency, only 6 in the team. I’ve been working from home since I joined. It’s fun at first but could go crazy once projects pile up and your bosses are nowhere to approve/clear ideas with you.
Haha sometimes I am shocked that I can go months without being in the office more than 4 days per week. But where I’m at we are very lax as long as your work gets done.
Not allowed on my team unless you are a supervisor or above. Frowned upon to ask below that level too.
Yikes
Policy is one work from anywhere day a month. But I know lots of people who do it more often. It all depends on who your supervisor is
It’s acceptable if done maybe once every couple mos at my place
Pretty lax from what I can tell, it seems like the average person takes WFH at least 2-3 days a month here.
