You’ll have a good choice of exit ops that align to your role type so if you’re a product manager you’ll have good options at your current level and up. I get hit up for FAANG roles and other sr roles based on my industry experience
Thank you, this was helpful.
X is a big umbrella now - a Gamma Data Scientist, DV PM, and Platinion Architect are all very different positions to be in.
You'll likely receive a more detailed answer if you can get a bit more specific about who you are and where you'd like to go.
What exit do YOU want?
I think you might have a harder time vs core BCG if you wanted to go to some internal strategy core that is full of ex-consultants, but if you're a data scientist who'd like to continue being a data scientist, I think it's a fantastic brand.

Well BCG X has existed for like 90 days, so if you’re only interested in answers from folks who have left BCG X your sample size is going to be pretty small.
And yes, obviously exit opps care — because they care about your experience, as in what you actually did. The only value of the brand is to get you that first look.
“BCG X” is newer, but the work & roles have existed for years through the old brand names.
