Recently got a role at GCP as TAM (comp is pending) but I also got into bschool ; I was hoping to use bschool to transition into product management but I’m not conflicted as I got into my dream company. I see 3 options: 1, join GCP as TAM and forget about bschool 2, join the role but quit in several months to join bschool or 3, join google and hope bschool gives me a deferral. What would you do? Hi Google - I am requesting guidance!
I am prepping for my interview specifically GCA and open ended questions. I struggle to tell if the outcome should be talking through your process/steps (maybe for a question like - how would you go about determining program complexity) vs a specific solution such as create x new product, for x market by x date based on my assumptions. Is the desired outcome something I can clarify with the interviewer?
Hey eveyone, what are things I can do to increase my odds of getting hired Google (Internship)?
2 weeks back I applied for the Business Internship for 2022.
Meanwhile I was trying to connect with team mates who are working in the specific location I applied through LinkedIn. I emailed a guy asked can I ask him some questions, he said yes he is happy to. But after I sent the questions no reply, it's been almost a week.
My Resume and LinkedIn is massively improved, thinking what else can I do?

Business Operations and Strategy (BizOps):
L4: Associate, usually targets strategy consultants with ~3+ years MBB/consulting
L5: Associate aka Associate II aka Senior Associate, where we usually hire post-MBAs who have a few years strategy consulting already
L6: Principal - think of this role like managers, i.e. have L5s and L6s reporting to them on a project
L7: Principal
L8: Director - sort of like a partner level in consulting
L9: VP - head of the group, sort of like a senior partner in a consulting firm
Do you know roughly how many L9+ people work at Google? Would be curious to compare this number to the 2013 level, which was merely 100 for 37,000 employees (according to Harvard Business Review). thx
A lead could start at L4. L5 and L6 are when you start seeing People Manager Leads.
Most Heads of are L7s, but could also be L6s as well as L8s.
All individuals at L8 are directors, but could take on an augmented titled “Global Head of, etc.”.
Managing Directors are L9.
VPs and above are L10+s
I'm only interviewing at Google, but from what I've heard so far, there isn't a super consistent title scheme. An L5 or L6 could be called "Lead", but "Head of x" could be L6 or higher and "Manager", which could be an individual contributor role, could be L4 or L5.
