H-1B Second Round Lottery for the 2022 Fiscal Year
In the upcoming fiscal year of 2022, the USCIS has made calculations on the number of H-1B visas to offer to randomly selected applicants based on acceptances, rejections, and revocations provided for previous years. The initial lottery selection for the H-1B registrants was provided for in March 2021.

Could depend on the industry you are in, but generally you should consider moving expenses, commute, %travel, performance perks, annual raises/ bonuses, time off, health insurance, disabality/ leave of absence/ parental leave policies (% paid vs. unpaid), retirement accounts and matching. For raises/ bonuses - how often are they given and are they guaranteed? If not guaranteed, add their estimate to the base salary. For time off, if unlimited agree on a minimum allotted time off like 3 weeks. If limited, you could ask for more time. If salary is locked, then that's a red flag.
I also like to negotiate a professional development allowance. This could include sponsorship to attend annual conferences or membership in an industry organization.
