What are travel expectations at your project/firm like now that we’ve basically gotten back to normal with covid? Left consulting mid 2021 due to partners demanding travel to client sites while 75% of the clients were wfh. I joined a new consulting firm and have been here for 6 months. Recently, a SaaS client (1k employees) that hired my old consulting firm reached out to me about a job opening - Lead BA working primarily to implement their benefit admin system for insurance companies. I have 13YOE managing cross-departmental projects and people, and I’d like to shed the general EA work of calendars/travel/expenses. But recruiters just see my most recent role is EA and that’s all they want to talk to me about.
