What are you 1-2 year non-technical consultants exiting to? I have done mostly org design, change strategy and PMO. I want to exit somewhere I can begin to build a specific brand / skill set, a bump up to the ~150k+ would be nice as well.

Hello, I worked 1 year as a 'Senior Data Engineer' at 110k base. I then was offered and accepted a role as 'Service Manager' at 155k base where I worked another year. Just recently accepted a 'Data Engineer' job at 155k base but with a larger company (in theory with potential to grow).

Two days later I got an email saying Microsoft is freezing hiring for certain departments and the recruiter is ghosting me. Will I even get a chance to interview atleast?
