Haven't decided yet - last year I sent chocolates confections from a small local shop. Earlier this year I shipped pints of ice cream from my favorite ice cream place. (My team is national.) I like the idea of supporting a local business - it's a win-win then

Assuming your talking about gifts to employees. Historically I’ve given nothing beyond a call to each team member to thank them for their contribution and talk about whatever is on their mind. I have no budget for gifting to 10 people and they seem to value one on one time more than another gift card. I may be wrong, curious what others are doing.
A lot of employees think all partners are making bank (600k+). If only that were really true, it would be easier to justify giving larger gifts. This incorrect partner earnings understanding is probably intentional, however.
I personally give out a few things (gift cards and wine) to key employees. Not sure the higher paid partners do that too though.
