I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.

Any thoughts on how do we deal with an incompetent boss who you dont look up to and have no trust that you would ever get credit for the work you would do for him/her? Given that changing the boss is not an option.

I have about 1.5 years of progressive digital marketing experience, and prior to this, about 2 years of people management experience in a different industry. I’ve been offered a middle management position with company I’m currently at that requires me to manage 4 others below me, but is only offering a $5k salary increase - to $65k. Does that seem on the low end or is it valid? Any help is appreciated!

How to handle working with someone who frustrates you immensely? I work with someone who is one level above me hierarchically and is an ultimate micromanager (not one agenda or recap can be without edits) and is rude about establishing that they have dominance. The more senior leaders on the team are awesome and so is the client. It’s this one coworker who just got promoted and is now stepping on me constantly. Thanks!
