Hi All,
I joined Tech Mahindra for 5 days only and didn't find suitable timing for my project and emailed resignation mail to manager and HR. After that HR asked me to resign over portal but at the same time blocked my portal. After requesting many times they didn't unblock my portal and pretended like they want to unblock but there is some issue going on and marked my profile absconded. I have cleared fnf but they are not providing reliving letter but added pf amount also. What to do?

As a guy I'm fine with all of the above except kinks. Those are incredibly personal and kinks by definition aren't necessary, fetishes are, so they shouldn't be used to judge men.
People seem to run wild with their assumptions of how apps like this operate in reality. It is actually VERY helpful in protecting women from bad situations. It is NOT the norm to be on there ‘reviewing hookups’ or ‘complaining’ as some people in these comments have fantasized it to be in their minds lol.
The reality is especially with online dating being so prevalent now and not actually knowing people in real life before meeting or dating, there aren’t many protective measures in place for women. Apps like Hinge willingly allow s*xual abusers to continue using their apps to meet women despite being ‘reported’ by other users. They knowingly value profits over safety. So god forbid women have found a way to protect themselves and look out for other women.
In practice most of the ‘negative’ posts women make on the platform falls into two categories: the man is a known cheater/ secretly married but still on the apps, or they are abusive and pose a physical threat/harm.
Rarely is anybody on there saying shit like ‘watch out for this guy he doesn’t shave and is a little awkward in bed’ 🙄🙄🙄
You just know it's men here letting their imaginations run wild 🙄

I feel like every woman who is upset about a breakup with a guy will just use it to rant about how mad they are. And it won't have any actual helpful information because it won't share the positive qualities of the guy. It may help to avoid cheaters tho.

Probably not. It's clearly opinion-based and hyperbolic.
In the US, only statements of fact can be defamatory. The only fact in there is the occurrence of a date, as A1 points out. The First Amendment absolutely protects you when harming others if you don't make statements of fact. Reputation damage is only relevant for assessing damages after finding that a statement of fact was made falsely.
This is unlike other countries where reputation damage alone, even if a statement is true, can be grounds for defamation.
Hope it works for guys too.
How do these sites manage to connect multiple reviews to the same person? Are people posting the subjects full name and others can review the same? Seems like a data nightmare (and a lot of potential for error for folks with common names)

This is accurate to how the law works in the US.
Breach of privacy and does nothing more than create drama and spread hatred. How would women like it if men had an app/website to review hookups with and which they could use to dox anyone they had beef with?
Can we normalize gender relations again? No wonder fertility rates are at an all time low in western countries.
