What do you think is a reasonable total fee for a prenuptial agreement where both parties have significant assets and there is some negotiation? What about for a dissolution with a complex asset situation and children? I had a prenup a few weeks ago that came out to $7,000 and another about $5500, and I didn’t overbill, but I am willing to write some off if that seems excessive or I am just slow.
