What companies should I target to get into Business/Management/Strategy consulting? Currently 1.2 YoE as an analytics consultant at Kantar, did a joint MBA from NMIMS (not SBM). Not going to consider MBB. I have applied at big 4 but haven't heard much from them

I am 25 years old - have been in the ‘mortgage underwriting profession for 2.5 years. I have heard some things about getting stuck in a specific assets class and mortgages when pursuing underwriting. I'm currently looking at two HRBP roles at two different titles/salary bands. This would at a large banking company located in NYC. I have an offer from KPMG, and I am in talks with collabera, they are offering about 35% hike which will be 100% hike from my current ctc, while KPMG offers 65% on my current ctc.
