What do you do when approached entirely by AI? I have been getting unashamed AI reaching out saying it saw my resume and - literally - asks me to call their AI recruiter for further discussion!

I will never participate in such a thing. AI is a fun toy, but it is nowhere near ready to be making decisions on it's own that effect people's lives. I have begun replying to those emails with profanity laden rants, warning them that no Top Talent will ever fall for that s**t,
