Does anyone have creative ideas or suggestions on improving employee morale if most of them work from home?

Before wfh, I wouldn’t really go anywhere without makeup on (always simple natural looking makeup—but put together looking) but I’ve focused on my skin instead the last few months and am honestly starting to feel like I might look better without makeup than I do with. I am starting to wonder if I should just stop wearing makeup even when things open up again. Is anyone else feeling this way?
